We are so excited that you have found us for your custom cake needs and can’t wait to see the fun, elegant cake you want us to create! Below are some very important statements regarding our custom orders, so please read before you fill the form out.

• Custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks before the date you are needing them. There will be times that we are booked for the date you are needing before the 2 weeks, so the earlier you get your request in, the better.
• If it is within 2 weeks of you needing a cake, we have our Sugar Bar Specials Cakes that can be fulfilled within that time frame. There is a tab named “Sugar Bar Special Cakes” that you can view and put your request in there.
• If you put in an inquiry for a custom cake within the 2 week time frame and we are available to fulfill the order, there will be an automatic $75 rush fee added on to the order.
• Changes for custom orders must be made at least 1 week prior to your pick up date. If you try to make changes within a weeks time frame, we can not guarantee that we can fulfill those requests.
• Custom orders start at $200. Although some cakes may look easy to the eye, they are not. There is a lot of time, planning, ordering, sculpting, etc that go into each and every custom cake. We put so much love and care into every single custom order and with that love and care comes time and skills.
• We require a 50% deposit to book your spot for the custom order. The remainder must be paid at least 7 days in advance.
